Terms and conditions
Contestant must be between 18 years and 25 years old.
The contestant should be residing in KZN permanently
The contestant should not have a child or pregnant
The contestant should present a good behaviour in the community, workplace or in school
The contestant should have a clean social media as this will be checked before continuing with the journey for Miss Culture.
Your availability whenever you are needed to perform Miss Culture duties is very important
Should not run any beauty pageant during the reign of your crown
The contestant should pay the non- refundable joining fee of R300 on registration.
Non-complete form will not be considered

Official language.
English and IsiZulu are the official languages of the Culture Pageant.

Gender
Constant should be a naturally born genetic female.

Expectations from the Participants
Participants to hand in their application form within specified time.
Selected contestants will have to attend the crowning event
Contestant to attend photo shoots and all other activities required.
The contestants agrees that they will continue to reflect good character by not acting in a manner that is shameful to the public and not to be involved in conversation that are insensitive to the society and to other fellow peers and thus shaming the dignity and portraying the bad picture about the pageant The contestants will not speak bad of others cultures different from that of hers

Disqualification
Negative both verbal and written remarks against the Miss Culture will lead to immediate disqualification forfeiting of awards and prices
Misrepresentation of Miss Culture Pageant will by the Contestant will result in disqualification.

Publicity and Promotion
By submitting the application form to get into the completion of Miss Culture , the pageant is agreeing to all marketing strategies to be used by the organisers of the Pegeant.
That the photos submitted can be used for publicity and marketing of Miss Culture Pageant.
Photographer and marketing team will not have the copyright for all these images
Contestants will release Miss Culture Pageant from liability as a result of any injury resulting from publicity and promotion
Pageants should be available for any Radio, Newspaper and TV interviews arranged by Miss Culture Pageant

Agreement
All pageants under 21 will need to have parent’s signature on the forms as permission to participate in the Pageant
As a contestant in this Pageant I am not married and do not have a child.
I agree to participate in all scheduled activities for the pageant dates and cooperates with the pegeants staff
The pageant is not responsible for any personal injury to anyone or damages during the pageant
The pageant will not consume alcohol or publicly smoke while in sash during the course of the pageant .
The use of illegal drugs by the contestant is prohibited.
I understand that id I am selected the entry fee and other expenses that may be part of the pageants will be the responsibility of the contestant
I understand and agree that the time, manner and method of judging shall solely be within the discretion of Miss Culture Director and Management.
The decision of the judges will be final
The contestant will be scored from 1-10 and 10 being the highest scored in each of the competition.

Consent if Under 21 Years of Age
I the parent/guardian of undersigned contestant, give permission for my daughter to participate in the Miss Culture contest. I give permission that she will participate to all the activities as required by the Pageant, Should my daughter becomes the winner, I agree that she will be the ambassador for the project should she wins the Miss Culture Crown.

For the contestant: I the contestant whose details are herein filled, agree that I will behave in a manner that will positively represent the Pageant and abide by all the rules of the Miss Culture
