availability whenever you are needed to perform Miss Culture duties is very important <br> \r\nShould not run any beauty pageant during the reign of your crown <br>\r\nThe contestant should pay the non- refundable joining fee of R300 on registration. <br>\r\nNon-complete form will not be considered \r\n<br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Official language. <\/b><br>\r\nEnglish and IsiZulu are the official languages of the Culture Pageant. <br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Gender <\/b> <br>\r\nConstant should be a naturally born genetic female. <br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Expectations from the Participants <\/b> <br>\r\nParticipants to hand in their application form within specified time. <br>\r\nSelected contestants will have to attend the crowning event <br>\r\nContestant to attend photo shoots and all other activities required. <br>\r\nThe contestants agrees that they will continue to reflect good character by not acting in a manner that is shameful to the public and not to be involved in conversation that are insensitive to the society and to other fellow peers and thus shaming the dignity and portraying the bad picture about the pageant \r\nThe contestants will not speak bad of others cultures different from that of hers <br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Disqualification <\/b> <br>\r\nNegative both verbal and written remarks against the Miss Culture will lead to immediate disqualification forfeiting of awards and prices <br>\r\nMisrepresentation of Miss Culture Pageant will by the Contestant will result in disqualification. <br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Publicity and Promotion <\/b> <br>\r\nBy submitting the application form to get into the completion of Miss Culture , the pageant is agreeing to all marketing strategies to be used by the organisers of the Pegeant. <br>\r\nThat the photos submitted can be used for publicity and marketing of Miss Culture Pageant. <br>\r\nPhotographer and marketing team will not have the copyright for all these images <br>\r\nContestants will release Miss Culture Pageant from liability as a result of any injury resulting from publicity and promotion <br>\r\nPageants should be available for any Radio, Newspaper and TV interviews arranged by Miss Culture Pageant <br><br>\r\n\r\n<b>Agreement <\/b> <br>\r\nAll pageants under 21 will need to have parent\u2019s signature on the forms as permission to participate in the Pageant <br>\r\nAs a contestant in this Pageant I am not married and do not have a child. <br>\r\nI agree to participate in all scheduled activities for the pageant dates and cooperates with the pegeants staff <br>\r\nThe pageant is not responsible for any personal injury to anyone or damages during the pageant <br>\r\nThe pageant will not consume alcohol or publicly smoke while in sash during the course of the pageant . <br>\r\nThe use of illegal drugs by the contestant is prohibited. <br>\r\n I understand that id I am selected the entry fee and other expenses that may be part of the pageants will be the responsibility of the contestant <br>\r\nI understand and agree that the time, manner and method of judging shall solely be within the discretion of Miss Culture Director and Management. <br>\r\nThe decision of the judges will be final <br>\r\nThe contestant will be scored from 1-10 and 10 being the highest scored in each of the competition. <br><br>\r\n<b> Consent if Under 21 Years of Age <\/b><br>I the parent\/guardian of undersigned contestant, give permission for my daughter to participate in the Miss Culture contest.
